Ms Coco Fan

Principal Fan is a highly respected international education leader and IB education expert with over 20 years of experience in international school management across mainland China and Hong Kong. As a DP examiner, MYP accreditation consultant, teacher workshop leader, school visit team leader, and program coordinator, she has been deeply involved in teacher training, curriculum evaluation, and accreditation for IB schools worldwide. She has facilitated multiple international schools in successfully obtaining IB authorization and enhancing teaching quality.

With a broad international perspective and profound experience in Hong Kong’s education sector, Principal Fan conducted in-depth research on the development trends of international education in the Asia-Pacific region while working and pursuing her Master’s in International Leadership and Change in Hong Kong. She also obtained teacher qualification certification from the Hong Kong Education Bureau. By integrating Hong Kong’s international education philosophies with mainland practices, she has accumulated extensive experience in curriculum design, bilingual education, and cross-cultural education, dedicating herself to nurturing globally competitive students.

• Head of Primary and Director of Teaching and Learning at Wuxi Nanwai King’s College, School of Arts and Science: Oversaw overall school operations, optimized the curriculum system, established a professional development center for teachers, and significantly improved teaching quality and student academic performance.
• Principal of the Innovative Integration Department (IB Program) at South China Normal University Affiliated Foreign Language School: Successfully promoted international curriculum reform, strengthened the bilingual education program, and established the school as a benchmark for international education in the Greater Bay Area.
• IB School Consultant and Accreditation Specialist: Assisted multiple schools in the Asia-Pacific region in obtaining IB accreditation and trained hundreds of international teachers, creating a lasting impact.
